Gate Valve Lockout Device – LGV Series

The LGV Series Gate Valve Lockout (LGV01–LGV05) is designed to prevent unauthorized operation of gate valves during maintenance, servicing, or inspection activities. This lockout solution fully encloses the valve handwheel, effectively stopping rotation and ensuring compliance with Lockout Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures.

Manufactured from high-strength injection-molded polypropylene, the LGV series provides excellent impact resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments.

This series includes five different sizes, allowing users to select the correct lockout based on valve diameter. The bright red safety color ensures high visibility and immediate identification of locked equipment.

The lockout supports padlocks with shackle diameter up to 3/8”, allowing single or multiple padlock applications depending on safety requirements.
